Process and Mechanical Technologies, Inc. was incorporated in Texas in early 1998. The corporation was deactivated in 2008 and the rights to the name and remaining assets were transferred to Three-G Synergy LLC, who established the new Process and Mechanical Technologies operating unit in early 2009.

PMT is managed by Harvey Greenberg, P.E. Formerly with Dresser-Clark (now Dresser-Rand), Chemico, PSI Engineering, KTI-Fish, Technip Offshore and Aker Kvaerner (now Aker Solutions). Mr. Greenberg has been charged with equipment design, purchase and acceptance; equipment and plant start-up; and many management positions in the engineering office and the field. His last position with the Aker organization was VP of Global Engineering & Supply Management, based out of the corporate office in Oslo, Norway.

With over 30 years of professional experience, his job titles have included Compressor Product Specialist, Senior Rotating Equipment Engineer, Plant Start-Up Manager, Project Engineering Manager, Project General Manager, Mechanical Engineering Department Manager and Vice President of Global Engineering & Supply Management. Harvey Greenberg is a Registered Professional Engineer (Mechanical) in Texas, New Jersey, New York, and Illinois. His Bachelors degree is in Mechanical Engineering (Pratt Institute, New York City) and his Master of Science degree is from Northern Illinois University.
