More About PMT

Process and Mechanical Technologies, Inc. (PMT) was incorporated in Texas in early 1998. Our offices are located on the west side of Houston, in the area known as the "Energy Corridor." We are alongside the Sam Houston Parkway (also known as the "outer beltway/tollway"), just a half mile north of Interstate-10. Dresser-Rand's Houston facility is two blocks south, and Elliott's shop is just a few blocks north and across the highway from us.

PMT is managed by Harvey Greenberg, P.E. Formerly with Dresser-Clark (now Dresser-Rand), Chemico, PSI Engineering, and KTI-Fish (now Technip USA), Mr. Greenberg has been charged with equipment design, purchase and acceptance; equipment and plant start-up; and various management positions in the engineering office and the field.

With over 30 years of professional experience, his job titles have included Compressor Product Specialist, Senior Rotating Equipment Engineer, Plant Start-Up Manager, Project Engineering Manager, and Project General Manager. Harvey Greenberg is a Registered Professional Engineer (Mechanical) in Texas, New Jersey, New York, and Illinois. His Bachelors degree is in Mechanical Engineering (Pratt Institute, New York City) and his Master of Science degree is from Northern Illinois University.

An equally important associate, Johnny R. Isbell, P.E., brings 40 years of engineering and management experience to PMT. Johnny has hands-on experience with inorganic and petrochemical plants alike, with extensive experience in design, construction (including plant relocations), start-up and operations.

His job titles have included Senior Process Engineer, Project Engineering Manager, Project Manager, Corporate Engineering Manager, and Plant Manager. Johnny Isbell is a Registered Professional Engineer (Chemical) in Texas. Both his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees are in Chemical Engineering (Texas Tech University).
